Abstract


This study aims to determine the influence of the Kampus Mengajar batch 6 program on the development of pedagogical competence among students of the Elementary School Teacher Education (PGSD) Study Program at the Islamic University of Riau. The type of research used in this study is quantitative, employing a survey method. The population consists of all alumni of the Kampus MengajarBatch 6 from the PGSD Study Program at the Islamic University of Riau in 2023, totaling 74 students. The sampling technique used in this study is total sampling, resulting in a sample size of 74 students. The data collection technique and instrument used in this research is a questionnaire sheet. The data analysis method employed to test the hypothesis is simple linear regression analysis, which aims to determine the individual effect of the independent variable on the dependent variable. Based on data analysis and research findings regarding the influence of the Kampus Mengajar program on the development of pedagogical competence among PGSD students at UIR, it can be concluded that the program has a positive and significant impact. This is supported by the results of the simple regression analysis, which yielded a significance value of 0.000 < 0.005, indicating that the Kampus Mengajar program has a statistically significant positive influence on the pedagogical competence of PGSD students at the Islamic University of Riau.
