IMPLEMENTASI PENDIDIKAN KARAKTER DI SMA DARUL ULUM SUGIO

Abstract


Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan implementasi pendidikan karakter di SMA Darul Ulum Sugio Lamongan dengan meninjau peran kepala sekolah, guru, dan siswa dalam penerapan nilai karakter. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik observasi, wawancara, serta dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa nilai-nilai karakter seperti religius, disiplin, tanggung jawab, dan kerja sama diintegrasikan dalam kegiatan intrakurikuler, kokurikuler, dan ekstrakurikuler. Kepala sekolah berperan sebagai pengarah dan pembina budaya sekolah, guru PPKn menjadi pelaksana utama pembelajaran berbasis karakter, dan siswa berpartisipasi aktif dalam kegiatan sekolah. Meskipun demikian, masih terdapat kendala seperti kurangnya evaluasi berkelanjutan dan konsistensi penerapan disiplin. Secara umum, pendidikan karakter di SMA Darul Ulum Sugio telah berjalan efektif dan mencerminkan sinergi seluruh warga sekolah.
