ADAPTASI BUDAYA BELAJAR MASA PANDEMI COVID 19 DI SEKOLAH DASAR KABUPATEN SINTANG

Abstract


ABSTRAK

Pandemi Covid 19 merupakan situasi yang menantang bagi sekolah untuk meningkatkan sistem teknologi digital untuk beradaptasi dengan kebutuhan belajar mengajar secara online. Penelitian ini bertujuan memetakan gambaran kesiapan pembelajaran adaptif masa pandemi di level sekolah dasar di Kabupaten Sintang. Metode penelitian menggunakan studi kasus di sekolah dasar dengan karakteristik yang berbeda yakni sekolah negeri dan sekolah swasta. Data diperoleh dari hasil observasi, wawancara,dan studi dokumen. Analisis data menggunakan pola induksi interaktif. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa gambaran pendidikan masa pandemi dan post pandemi memperlihatkan tiga aspek kunci yaitu (a) upaya sekolah melakukan adaptasi pembelajaran di saat pandemi dan post pandemi covid 19 (b) upaya sekolah melakukan inovasi pembelajaran, metode dan materi ajar, (c) upaya sekolah menginovasi kebijakan dan program-program sekolah. Menuju institusi pendidikan dan sekolah-sekolah dasar yang mampu beradaptasi dan tahan terhadap perubahan sosial dan alam sekolah disarankan untuk (1) merekonstruksi kembali pendidikan dan pembelajaran yang dilakukan guru di era digital saat ini, (2) melibatkan dan memanfaatkan kecerdasan buatan dalam proses pendidikan dan pembelajaran, (3) membangun pendidikan yang kuat, setara dan berkelanjutan agar adaptif menghadapi perubahan sosial yang terjadi secara global saat ini.

ABSTRACT

The Covid19 pandemic is the challenged situation for schools improve digital technology system to adapt with online teaching and learning requirements.This study aims to map a picture of the readiness for adaptive learning during the pandemic at the elementary school level in Sintang district. The research method uses case studies in three schools with different characteristics, namely public schools and private schools.Data obtained from observations, interviews, and document studies. Data analysis using interactive induction pattern. The results show that the description of education during the pandemic and post-pandemic shows three key aspects, namely (a) school efforts to adapt learning during the pandemic and post-covid-19, (b) school efforts to innovate learning, teaching methods and materials, (c) efforts schools innovate school policies and programs. In order for our educational institutions and primary schools to be able to adapt and be strong to social and school changes, it is recommended to (1) reconstruct the education and learning that teachers do in the current digital era, (2) involve and utilize artificial intelligence in the education process and learning, (3) build a strong, equal and sustainable education to deal with social changes that are happening globally today.
