Peer Review Process

All submitted manuscripts are read by the editor. Manuscripts opposed by the editors that do not meet the journal's criteria are rejected immediately in the absence of an external. Incoming manuscripts will be reviewed by reviewers according to their field of expertise. The first reviewer's recommendation will be the top priority for the Editor in making publishing decisions. The editor will send an email to prospective reviewers asking for their willingness to review the manuscript. If the prospective Reviewer agrees, the Editor will send the manuscript to the Reviewer via the OJS website. The review process is carried out in private. The reviewer does not know the identity of the author and the author does not know the identity of the reviewer (blind review).
The editor then makes a decision based on the reviewer's recommendations from several possibilities: rejected, required major revision, needed minor revision, or accepted.
