PENGEMBANGAN MODUL IMPLEMENTASI KURIKULUM MERDEKA UNTUK PENGUATAN LOCUS OF CONTROL DAN SELF EFFICACY GURU DI WILAYAH 3T KABUPATEN SINTANG

ABSTRAK

Implementasi Kurikulum Merdeka di sekolah dasar wilayah pedalaman 3T (Tertinggal, Terluar, Terdepan). membutuhkan strategi dan pengembangan khusus untuk menjawab permasalahannya yang khas. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengembangkan modul implementasi Kurikulum Merdeka untuk memperkuat locus of control dan self efficacy guru dalam menanggapi Tantangan perubahan kurikulum dan implementasinya. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Research and Development (R&D) dengan model 4D (Difine, Develop, Design dan Disseminate). Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa dari uji validitas dan realibilitas modul Implementasi Kurikulum Merdeka memperoleh tingkat validitas dan realibilitas yang baik dengan rerata skor validitas pada aspek Bahasa adalah 4,43, aspek materi 4,25, aspek desain 4,38 dan kepraktisa adalah 4,3. Hasil uji coba terbatas pada 12 guru di SDN 12 Ambalau diperoleh tingkat kepuasan dan pemahaman guru pada aspek desain modul adalah 94%, dari sisi konten sebesar 90%, dari aspek bahasa sebesar 91% guru merasa memahami dan sangat membantu mereka dalam implementasi Kurikulum Merdeka di masing-masing satuan pendidikannya. Dari hasil uji luas pada 38 guru di komunitas guru sub rayon 5 kecamatan Ambalau diperoleh hasil pada aspek locus of control guru memperoleh rerata semua indicator adalah 3,92 dengan tingkat capaian locus of control guru mencapai 83%. Hal ini bermakna bahwa modul ini sangat berdampak pada kemampuan guru, minat dan motivasi guru, memperkuat usaha dan kreativitas guru serta memberikan tingkat kepuasan guru dalam melaksanakan aktivitas pembelajaran mereka. Pada aspek self efficacy guru diperoleh rerata skor semua indicator adalah 4,2 artinya 84% guru merasa meningkat kemampuan self efficacy mereka. Hal ini didukung dengan hasil uji efektivitas modul dimana skor N-gain yang diperoleh adalah 0,71 yang berada pada rentang skor ? 0,70 dengan kategori Tinggi. Hal ini menegaskan bahwa modul Implementasi Kurikulum Merdeka dalam memperkuat self of control dan self efficacy guru di sekolah dasar 3T pedalaman kecamatan Ambalau terbukti sangat efektif. Untuk menjaga dan terus memperkuat locus of control dan self efficacy guru maka para guru di kecamatan Ambalau perlu melakukan studi kasus dan latihan refleksi untuk memahami faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kendali diri, pengambilan keputusan profesional, teknik manajemen stres, memperkuat dukungan sosial. Melakukan pengelolaan emosi dalam rangka peningkatan kepercayaan diri serta penguatan strategi pengembangan locus of control dalam menghadapi tantangan kerja dan kinerja mereka di sekolah pedalaman.

ABSTRACT

Implementation of the Kurikulum Merdeka in elementary schools in the 3T (Disadvantaged, Outermost, Frontier) areas requires special strategies and development to address its unique problems. The purpose of this study is to develop an Kurikulum Merdeka implementation module to strengthen teachers' locus of control and self-efficacy in responding to the challenges of curriculum change and its implementation. The research method used is Research and Development (R&D) with the 4D model (Define, Develop, Design and Disseminate). The results of the study showed that from the validity and reliability test, the Kurikulum Merdeka implementation module obtained a good level of validity and reliability with an average validity score in the Language aspect of 4.43, the material aspect of 4.25, the design aspect of 4.38 and practicality is 4.3. The results of a limited trial on 12 teachers at SDN 12 Ambalau showed that the level of teacher satisfaction and understanding in the module design aspect was 94%, from the content side it was 90%, from the language aspect it was 91% teachers felt that they understood and were very helpful in implementing the Kurikulum Merdeka in their respective educational units. From the results of a broad test on 38 teachers in the teacher community of sub-rayon 5, Ambalau sub-district, the results obtained in the aspect of teacher locus of control obtained an average of all indicators of 3.92 with a level of achievement of teacher locus of control reaching 83%. This means that this module has a significant impact on teacher abilities, teacher interests and motivations, strengthens teacher efforts and creativity and provides a level of teacher satisfaction in carrying out their learning activities. In the aspect of teacher self-efficacy, the average score for all indicators was 4.2, meaning that 84% of teachers felt that their self-efficacy abilities had increased. This is supported by the results of the module effectiveness test where the N-gain score obtained was 0.71 which is in the range of scores ? 0.70 with the High category. This confirms that the Implementation of the Kurikulum Merdeka module in strengthening self-control and self-efficacy of teachers in 3T elementary schools in the interior of Ambalau sub-district has proven to be very effective. To maintain and continue to strengthen the locus of control and self-efficacy of teachers, teachers in Ambalau sub-district need to conduct case studies and reflection exercises to understand the factors that influence self-control, professional decision-making, stress management techniques, strengthening social support. managing emotions in order to increase self-confidence and strengthen strategies for developing locus of control in facing work challenges and their performance in interior schools.
