IDENTITAS BUDAYA GLOBAL, EMPATI DIGITAL, PERSEPSI DISKRIMINASI, DAN WELL-BEING PADA REMAJA GEN Z MULTIKULTURAL

Abstract


Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh identitas budaya global, empati digital, dan persepsi diskriminasi terhadap well-being pada remaja Generasi Z yang hidup dalam konteks multikultural di Indonesia. Generasi Z merupakan kelompok yang tumbuh dalam dinamika globalisasi dan digitalisasi yang intens, sehingga identitas budaya, pengalaman sosial-digital, dan persepsi terhadap ketidakadilan menjadi faktor krusial dalam membentuk kesejahteraan psikososial mereka. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain survei cross-sectional, melibatkan 100 remaja Gen Z berusia 15–24 tahun. Instrumen penelitian mencakup skala identitas budaya global, empati digital, persepsi diskriminasi, dan well-being remaja, yang telah diadaptasi dan diuji melalui validitas konstruk serta reliabilitas internal. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan regresi linier berganda untuk menguji pengaruh antarvariabel. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa identitas budaya global berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap well-being (? = 0,260; p < 0,05), demikian pula empati digital yang memiliki pengaruh positif signifikan (? = 0,290; p < 0,05). Sebaliknya, persepsi diskriminasi terbukti berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap well-being (? = ?0,248; p < 0,05). Secara simultan, ketiga variabel tersebut berpengaruh signifikan terhadap well-being remaja Gen Z (F = 16,765; p < 0,001) dengan kontribusi sebesar 34,4% terhadap variasi kesejahteraan psikologis. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa well-being remaja Gen Z merupakan konstruk multidimensional yang dibentuk oleh interaksi antara sumber daya psikososial yang bersifat protektif dan pengalaman sosial yang berisiko. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi teoretis dengan mengintegrasikan identitas budaya global dan empati digital dalam model well-being, serta implikasi praktis bagi pengembangan intervensi pendidikan dan kebijakan yang mendukung kesejahteraan remaja di era global-digital.
