ANALISIS MODEL PENERIMAAN TEKNOLOGI DALAM STUDI PERILAKU PENGGUNA (SYSTEMATIC LITERATURE REVIEW)

Abstract


Perkembangan teknologi yang pesat menuntut pemahaman yang lebih komprehensif terhadap perilaku pengguna dalam menerima dan menggunakan teknologi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji model penerimaan teknologi dalam studi perilaku pengguna melalui pendekatan Systematic Literature Review (SLR). Proses kajian dilakukan dengan mengacu pada framework PRISMA (Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic reviews and Meta-Analyses) dan menggunakan sumber data dari database Scopus. Pencarian artikel dilakukan dengan kata kunci yang relevan dan dibatasi pada publikasi dengan rentang waktu terbit tahun 2019-2026. Dari 341 artikel yang teridentifikasi, sebanyak 11 artikel memenuhi kriteria inklusi dan dianalisis lebih lanjut. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) dan UTAUT (Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology) merupakan model yang paling dominan digunakan. Namun, sebagian besar penelitian mengembangkan model tersebut dengan menambahkan variabel kontekstual seperti kepercayaan, motivasi, dan faktor sosial. Selain itu, ditemukan adanya kesenjangan antara niat penggunaan dan penggunaan aktual yang dipengaruhi oleh faktor eksternal. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa model penerimaan teknologi masih relevan, tetapi perlu dikembangkan secara lebih adaptif sesuai konteks dan karakteristik pengguna.
