RANCANG BANGUN MODEL FUTURE ENTREPRENEURSHIP LEARNING BERBASIS ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE DALAM MENDUKUNG ENTREPRENEURIAL MINDSET MAHASISWA

Abstract


Perkembangan teknologi Artificial Intelligence (AI) telah membawa perubahan signifikan dalam dunia pendidikan, termasuk pada pembelajaran kewirausahaan di perguruan tinggi. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh Model Future Entrepreneurship Learning (FEL) berbasis Artificial Intelligence terhadap entrepreneurial mindset mahasiswa. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan melibatkan 250 mahasiswa Universitas Pancasakti Tegal yang telah mengikuti pembelajaran kewirausahaan berbasis FEL. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner, observasi, dan dokumentasi, kemudian dianalisis menggunakan regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan Artificial Intelligence dalam pembelajaran dan keterlibatan belajar mahasiswa berpengaruh positif terhadap entrepreneurial mindset, sedangkan literasi kewirausahaan digital belum menunjukkan pengaruh yang signifikan. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa pembentukan entrepreneurial mindset tidak hanya dipengaruhi oleh penguasaan pengetahuan digital, tetapi juga oleh pengalaman belajar yang interaktif, adaptif, dan berbasis teknologi. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan integrasi Artificial Intelligence dalam pembelajaran kewirausahaan sebagai strategi untuk meningkatkan kemampuan mahasiswa dalam menghadapi tantangan ekonomi digital dan membangun jiwa kewirausahaan yang inovatif serta berdaya saing
