Abstract

This study aimed to examine the effectiveness of RADEC-based Student Worksheets (LKPD) in improving fifth-grade elementary school students’ conceptual understanding and creativity. This development research employed the ADDIE model with a one-group pretest-posttest experimental design involving 29 students. Data were collected through interviews, observations, questionnaires, documentation, and tests and analyzed using the Shapiro-Wilk test, Wilcoxon test, and N-Gain analysis. The validation results indicated that the developed LKPD was categorized as highly feasible, with scores of 87.25% from media experts and 89.96% from material experts. The Wilcoxon test yielded a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05, supported by an N-Gain score of 0.7598, categorized as high. These findings demonstrate that RADEC-based LKPD is effective in strengthening students’ creativity and conceptual understanding. The integration of the RADEC model into student worksheets provides a structured learning experience that encourages students to read, answer, discuss, explain, and develop ideas actively. Further research is recommended to develop and implement this learning resource across a wider range of subjects and elementary grade levels.
