ANALISIS GOOGLE WORKSPACE DENGAN PENDEKATAN TECHNOLOGY ACCEPTANCE MODEL (TAM) PADA MAHASISWA PENDIDIKAN ADMINISTRASI PERKANTORAN UNIVERSITAS NEGERI SURABAYA

Abstract


ABSTRAK

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi penerimaan dan penggunaan Google Workspace pada mahasiswa Pendidikan Administrasi Perkantoran Universitas Negeri Surabaya menggunakan teori Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) dengan tambahan variabel eksternal facility conditions. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif yang dianalisis menggunakan PLS-SEM melalui SmartPLS 4.0. dengan  jumlah responden yang diteliti sebanyak  266 responden. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan yaitu: (1) facility conditions berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap perceived ease of use dan perceived usefulness, (2) perceived ease of use juga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap perceived usefulness, (3) perceived ease of use dan perceived usefulness berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap attitude toward use, (4) perceived usefulness berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap behavioral intention to use (5) attitude toward use berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap behavioral intention to use, (6) behavioral intention to use berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap actual system usage. Nilai R-Square pada setiap variabel menunjukkan kemampuan prediktif model yang kuat, sedangkan nilai Goodness of Fit sebesar 0,601 menegaskan bahwa model memiliki kesesuaian yang tinggi. Penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa facility conditions serta persepsi pengguna terhadap kemudahan dan manfaat merupakan faktor penting dalam meningkatkan adopsi Google Workspace di lingkungan pendidikan tinggi.

ABSTRACT

This study aims to analyze the factors that influence the acceptance and use of Google Workspace among Office Administration Education students at Surabaya State University using the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) theory with the addition of the external variable of facility conditions. This study uses a quantitative method analyzed using PLS-SEM through SmartPLS 4.0. with a total of 266 respondents. The results of the study show that: (1) facility conditions have a positive and significant effect on perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness, (2) perceived ease of use also has a positive and significant effect on perceived usefulness, (3) perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness have a positive and significant effect on attitude toward use, (4) perceived usefulness has a positive and significant effect on behavioral intention to use (5) attitude toward use has a positive and significant effect on behavioral intention to use, (6) behavioral intention to use has a positive and significant effect on actual system usage. The R-Square value for each variable indicates the model's strong predictive ability, while the Goodness of Fit value of 0.601 confirms that the model has a high degree of suitability. This study confirms that facility conditions and user perceptions of ease and benefits are important factors in increasing the adoption of Google Workspace in higher education environments.
