Peran Aplikasi Geogebra dalam Kemampuan Representasi Visual Matematis Siswa pada Materi Fungsi

Abstract


Artikel ini membahas peran aplikasi geogebra terhadap kemampuan representasi visual matematis siswa pada materi fungsi. Tujuan pada penelitian adalah untuk mengevaluasi efektivitas penggunaan Geogebra dalam pembelajaran matematika, khususnya dalam menggambar grafik fungsi. Metode yang digunakan adalah pra-eksprimiental dengan pengukuran kemampuan siswa melalui pre-test dan post-test. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam kemampuan representasi matematis siswa setelah pembelajaran menggunakan aplikasi geogebra, diukur dengan N-gain sebesar 0,72 yang berkategori sedang. Selain itu nilai effect size sebesar 2,75 yang menunjukkan penggunaan aplikasi geogebra memiliki dampak yang sangat tinggi dalam meningkatkan kemampuan representasi visual matematis siswa. Skor pre test memiliki rata-rata 31,6 dan skor post test memiliki rata-rata 81,16 peningkatan rata-rata ini menunjukkan bahwa aplikasi geogebra memiliki efektifitas dalam pembelajaran.
